God is good! Tommy is recovering nicely from his surgery. The completion of surgery is a positive step on the road to rehabilitation and will allow physical therapy to begin. The doctors will try soon to reestablish Tommy's independent breathing by removing the breathing tube. Tommy is quite anxious to have it removed so he can talk! Please pray for strength in Tommy's lungs and the successful removal of the breathing tube as well as subsiding of swelling around the spinal cord. And, please continue to pray for complete healing! Praise God that he has provided peace that surpasses all understanding just as He promises. -- "The Lord is near. Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." Philippians 4:5-7

  4. Tommy,
Heard about your accident from Herbert Thomas and Marty Faulkner. I am praying for a full recovery. Trust in God for his strength and he will pull you through.
There is hope and encouragement we all have that you will make a full recovery....
Glad the surgery was a success!!! Good things are going to happen in your life!!
Hey got a funny story for ya... I got a singing Valentine... These 3 ladies came to my work and sang "Heart of my Heart"... I was embarrassed and when they finished the song the only thing I could think to say was , "You mean That's it...you ladies don't take any thing off?" Well I found out later they were from a local Methodist Church... Once again foot in mouth disease....
    Get well soon!! Randy Jones
